PLACE – The Festival location proved to be such a success for everyone that we will once again be located in the Kinnelon High School parking lot, directly on Kinnelon Road.
DATE – Saturday, September 8, 2012 (RAIN OR SHINE)
TIME – 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
SET-UP TIME – 8:00 am to 9:45 am
Approximately 12’ X 10’, exhibitors must provide table & chairs
ENTRANCE FEE – $35.00 for Adults (18 or over), $10.00 for Juniors (17 or under)
*All applications will be treated on a strictly First Come, First Serve basis

1) A limited number of spaces are available that will allow an exhibitor to park one vehicle or trailer next to their space! This will be strictly handled on a first come, first serve basis … so sign up now to reserve your space!
2) Ever-Expanding Advertising – using the Montclair Crafters Guild, Cable TV, expanded Newspaper coverage and the Internet! Come check us out at http://www.kinnelonlibrary.org/. We’re reaching out all over NJ, NY & PA to bring you more customers!
3) No Pets – Please! For safety’s sake – both for your pet(s) and others – please leave your pet(s) home.
TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE FOR THE 36th ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL – Fill out the reservation form below and send it to: The Kinnelon Public Library, c/o Kinnelon Public Library, 132 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, NJ 07405. Please make check payable to: The Friends of the Kinnelon Public Library. DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS AND FOR YOUR LISTING IN THE FREE FESTIVAL BOOKLET is Friday, August 17, 2012. The Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit. You will receive a confirmation card, which will confirm your acceptance in the Festival. The Exhibitor understands that only original, handmade art or crafts will be accepted for exhibit and sale. The Exhibitor also understands that the Exhibition Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibit. I will not hold the Friends of the Kinnelon Library or the Borough of Kinnelon responsible for loss or damage to any work.
