CLL’s Spring Semester 2014

CLL’s End of Semester Luncheon

PLENTY OF TALENT AND FUN MAKES FOR A GREAT COMBINATION

Over 100 CLL students celebrated a successful recognition Luncheon following completion of the 2014 Spring semester. As part of the program, President Ron Leavesley reviewed the semester, overviewed 2014 and outlined plans for the 2015 Spring semester. The program also featured presentations from the Library’s new Director, Sam Pharo and CLL’s Registrar, Carol Sventy. The spring semester represented over 21 years of educational opportunities for over 10,000 students in 42 semesters of learning. Adults of all ages in Kinnelon and surrounding communities have benefited since 1993.

SOME OF THE FUN AND REWARDS

CLL oil painters did a great job and had great fun doing it. Over twenty painters joined in when they painted the panoramic view of Kinnelon and our many points of interest. Displayed prominently in the Library’s meeting room, it represents a real adventure in learning thanks to instructors Amy Leonard, Allen Nelson and Linda Farmer.
