John DePalma is the owner of Tip Top Athletics and a Master Trainer and Weight Management Professional. For 14 years, he has been working with clients who have successfully maintained their weight loss and still feel great! John will be sharing his strategy for losing and maintaining optimal weight in ongoing monthly meetings. Each month a different topic will be discussed. Korean Meal and Culture Presentation

The Kinnelon Public Library will host a Korean meal and culture program by the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project. KSCPP is a New-York based non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness about Korea's unique history and culture. This special evening includes two brief films about Korea's art and history, followed by a traditional Korean meal and wedding ceremony by costumed guides.
