 Food is Medicine- Tuesday, May 23 at 6:30pm – Dr Ron Weiss presents an  evidence-based discussion on how plant-based whole foods are the most powerful disease modifying tools available to the medical practitioner, far more effective than drug-based medicine. Doctor and farmer join forces on Ethos, a 275 year old, 342 acre working farm in Long Valley, N.J. Windows 10 Computer Class-Wednesday, May 31 at 7;00 pm-Windows 10 , the class continues, we will be talking about  email  for the Windows PC, the MAC, and Android and IOS Phones. Make sure all of your Devices are in sync and talk to each other, and make sure your eMail is really secure. Ted Whittemore of Kinnelon Computers will show you how to be the Boss, learn how to take care of your  computer and tell it what to do and avoid Surprises! Ballroom Dance-Beginning on Monday June 5 at 7:00 pm-Come take a turn on Kinnelon library’s dance floor! Lekha Keister will teach you and partner how to spin, trot, and dip around the dance floor. Acorn Hall-Wednesday, June 8 at 6:30 pm– Kinnelon Library welcomes Dr. Jude Pfister to our library to speak about Acorn Hall. Morris County’s Acorn Hall is one of the last remaining unchanged 19th century Italianate homes in our area. Hear about the building and the families that called it home. AARP Driver Safety-On Saturday, June 17 at 10:30-4:30 pm, the Kinnelon Public Library will host AARP’s Smart Driver course. Learn defensive driving skills, proven safety strategies, new traffic laws, and new rules of the road. Yogaball!-Saturdays, June 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29  at 9-10 amWhat do you get when you combine the stability ball, strength exercises, yoga, and Rine Rosazzo? That’s Amore-On Sunday, June 25 at 2:00 pm Come celebrate Dean Martin’s 100th birthday at the Kinnelon library. Guided Meditation- Mondays, May 1, 8, 15, & 22 at 5-6:00pm – a series of 4 guided meditation classes. Cindy Strom will lead you through several exercises to help you learn the art of meditation, and promote your general well being. Tuesday Talkers Book Club Join our newly formed book club. Hatha Yoga beginning at at 6:15-7:15 pm Mondays, March 20 -May 8-An eight week Yoga class taught by Donna Morello. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to exercise on. Krafty in Kinnelon Did you know Kinnelon Library has a “Knitting and Crocheting” group? We meet on the second and the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm upstairs in the meeting rooms. We welcome “needlers” of any level! Can’t knit or crochet? We will help.  Are you an expert? We will ask you for advice! We have a great time chatting while we create. Come up and see what we are all about! If you are a beginner knitter please bring a size 8 pair of needles and worsted weight #4 yarn in a light color.
